Close, lol. I went to the settings > Badges and it wont let me change any. It just spins and spins and spins like it want to load them but cant "./

It didn’t but it appears to be working now.
So, the best way to fix this issue is to make a ticket with screenshots of the packs you own in game. That way, they can provide you with what you need. It was a quick turn around and easily fixed. Not to mention that they were nice and polite about it. So do that and you wont have to worry 
yes, but you still have to submit a ticket to get the badges
It seems to be the case, I have no badges right now.
Commenting here to see if I have access to my badges, only one badge is available so far for me.
