Forge weapon's duration with shrapnel

first based on this line on the patch notes that said:

  • Forged weapons last 20 seconds (from 10 on tooltip, 15 in reality).

forged weapon base duration should be 20second right? ignoring the 10 on tooltip like before.

Now if i take shrapnel node, it should have 8 second duration ( 20 - (20 * 60%) = 8)
but in reality it only lasted like 4 seconds (didnt actually count but it feels far too short for 8 seconds) even taking 3 points on well forged weapon only make it last for about 7-8 seconds.

please look into it, thanks!

It seems to only be lasting 5 seconds, interesting. I made a note of it.
