Foot of the Mountain is supposed to convert dodge rating to endurance threshold while standing still. This does not show on either the health orb or the character sheet so I really don’t know if it is working.
It is also not clear if this is affected by increases to dodge rating(although I think it is)
This is happening to me as well. I just spent a bit farming these boots. I can see 3 stacks of “mountain’s endurance” tooltip while standing still, but my dodge rating and endurance threshold doesn’t change.
Dev said in another thread that this is a visual bug.
I tested this and it works, looks like the tooltip isn’t updating.
