Mid to late 2027 is the timeframe they called out.
Since they would utterly ruin themselves finally if they don’t manage to get even the damn campaign (which is a supposed 1.0 release aspect that’s still not existing fully) finished finally they’ve basically taken 1 1/2 years of time to achieve that.
Given that it’s over 2 years since release to get a single chapter released properly… and that in the form of a full Cycle as well (rather then cycle + core content) I’ll argue that the upcoming content until that point won’t be substantial either sadly. Nothing currently showcases the opposite… albeit we can hope, but that’s also sadly all we can do.
