Energizer Passive for Flame Ward Not Giving Ward

I’ve put 3/3 into Energizer for Flame Ward which buy its wording states something along the lines of ‘gives warding while active’ but I noticed no difference. I didn’t expect the ward drain to completely stop of anything but figured it would have been slowed down at least like the other similar mechanic you can spec into.

Took out 3/3 points from Energizer and there is nothing different that I have noticed using Flame Ward without those three points.

Not sure if this is a bug or if this specific passive is doing something that I am not visually noticing?

It is a little hard to see this node in action but it is doing something. If you manage to break the initial burst of Ward, this node will replenish that Ward to an extent while the skill remains active. It also causes the initial burst of Ward to decay at a slightly slower rate.
