% endurance whil channelling Warpath

I have a chest piece with “9% Endurance while channelling Warpath”
When I equip it and start channelling Warpath, my Endurance does not change.
Is the affix bugged? Is the endurance falsely reported? Or is there something I did not understand?

Thanks for the report. It would appear that this is simply a visual issue and the stat should be applying properly.
