Some of these crating options seem very strong. I guess it depends on how rare they are. And we will be keeping so much more items, I don’t know if that’s good or bad. Legendary/Crafting Potential rerolling, havoc and redemption runes make so many items relevant again.
What I believe that might be too much is the attribute swapping. This is a really strong crafting option. Does the forging potential cost at least scale with the affix tier? If it’s always 1 forging potential, it’s ridiculous. Also the Relic of Observer a Woven Echo we need to find or do we always have access to it? Sounds like the latter form the explanation. Attribute scaling is even more encouraged now, I guess.
So many new fresh ideas! This is what we wanted. LE best crafting in an ARPG just got better can’t wait to theorycraft and play. Vacation time going in now.
Wait, what Sacrifice builds are you nerfing? Are you nerfing the engine based combos? That hit’s Lich in a big way, if so. Sacrifice combos with Lich are some of the best and most diverse builds the Mastery has.
Nemeses?, Really?, literally unplayable.
This is such a small change but also everything for this skill. I had written off Dark Quiver entirely because it put a lot of timing and movement restrictions on play, but I will definitely revisit this skill when I next use an archer.
My favorite crafting system is enriched with new intelligent mechanics ! Love it !

Silly question but procs from items still use mana, right? I know i used to love those gloves with the fire twister proc and the earthquake staff, etc, but they used up all my go juice.

i am not very huge fan of nefring strong skill or states over buffing other skill to be on same level of other powerfull skills as long it not broken don’t nerf it make other stronger for build diversty
Well, now I’m convinced that I’m making a Fire Marksman using Cinder Strike, Acid Flask, Heartseeker, Explosive Trap, and Black Arrows,
Convert Acid Flask and Heartseeker to Fire, make Heartseeker a Charge skill with a CD, Pop Black Arrow, stock up on 3 and pop Heartseeker, using Cinder Strike as filler, oh and make Explosive Trap throw traps, flasks, and detonating arrows when the explode and turn it into the bow skill that rains them down. (Edit 2: after looking at the current planner, I’m convinced on Cinder Strike, Heartseeker, and Dark Quiver. The other two slots I’m iffy on.)

Wait a sec, the balance update for Burning Dagger says:
But at the moment only Cinder Strike can proc Burning Daggers, we know Heartseeker will as well, but “some” implies “more than two”, are we getting more sources for Burning Daggers? (or am I going to have to wait for patch notes?)
Needed though unless you want the game to fall prey to extensive power creep.
That invalidates the effort of people in Legacy on one side and also causes numerical inflation up to a technical limit quickly. It’s to be avoided.
Which is why it needs to be done.
Also it’s quicker and easier then aligning all enemies to the top-end builds rather then bringing it all into a general baseline to a degree. Simply more values to change and more mistakes possible to happen.
