After dying in an “Echo of World” Echo to reset the web, I did not try again, but chose to do my next Quest Echo (Second Quest Echo from “Frost, Blood and Death”). I successfully completed this echo. To my surprise I got back to a resetted web, and I also received the Corruption, as if I completed the “Echo of World”.
I cannot seem to replicate this issue on our end, if it occurs again please do provide any additional information you may notice.
