Dread Shade -> Frenzied Phantom has an unlimited time duration

With 4 points invested in, it should long last 4 seconds.
But it’s actually permanant. It long last 20 s, as the maximum duration of Dread Shade.

It’s easy to check : the Frenzeied graphical effect “Orange Circle” remains visible.
