Does the Paladin passive Divine Essence have an indicator on the UI/PC?

I put points in Divine Essence on the Paladin tree and jumped into arena with 50%+ block, Ring of Shields, and Smite. Despite all of these sources of self healing (unless they don’t count for this particular skill), I never saw any icon (similar to Sigils of Hope) either on my UI or around my character indicating I was receiving the benefits.

Does anyone know what I should be looking for or whether there’s a particular healing skill that triggers DE more often than not? I figured with high block and passives that heal on block I would be triggering it nonstop.

No it doesn’t & it seems to not be proccing at all in the current patch. From memory it’s a slightly different coloured Sigil of Hope.

Divine essence doesn't work

Just done some testing on my Paladin (with the Exsanguinious chest & Smite’s heal as well as Healing Hands), and wasn’t seeing any Divine Essences (either as floaty sigils around my character or their +10% armour & protections). I “only” have 2 points in the passive for 12% chance on heal, but after 100 heals that should be a 1 in 356,231 chance of not getting a single essence. So assuming I was correct before 0.7.9, they don’t work now.
