1 River Spirit 5 point bonus’s frostbite chance seems also affect to minion (not only “You”).

The River Spirits description is actually accurate. The Frostbite chance is only for you, not your Minions.
We’ll fix the Toxic Reach description in a coming patch.
About River Spirit, please check my video.
It is important summoning again minions before / after taking 5 points on River spirit node.
※It seem until summon again the minions, it does not update this effect(bug) even if changing points 4→5 or 5→4 on River spirit.
