Didnt get passive when LVL up

I have played in Monolith of fate and LVL up but i didnt get a passive point

Same thing. I leveled up to 99 lvl on Sorcerer in Monoliths Echoes and didn’t get passive point. There is a video: Bug with Passive Point - YouTube. As you can see I pressed the Plus Button and have 0 unspent points.

Didn’t know that your message was clickable. And I got my passive point after completing quest line in Chapter 9. Thanks.
