Death screen without dying

Since 0.9c a few times I’ve gotten the death screen in maps while still being alive and able to fight.
Here are some screenshots:

I tried to survive enough to be able to record a video, but very hard to play with barely being able to see anything. But these two screenshots clearly show the same echo and that I’m moving around and fighting while being “dead”.

I had it happen again and had shadowplay on this time.

This is the first frame where the death screen shows up and I still have 97 hp.

I’m sorry for your frustration. We have a fix for this in the works. Thank you for the report.
