It has for all skill shards, upper area for R/G should have. Oversight?
Can you explain what you mean by this? A screenshot is also helpful.
If you open up crafting stash you can mouse over the glyphs to see what is their effect there’s no such tool tip for any of the runes.
I am trying to understand what you mean. When I hover over runes myself it shows a tooltip. A screenshot would help me understand more clearly what you are seeing.
