Very often the looting becomes desync’d on controller. Loot on the ground suddenly is unable to be picked up with just tapping A and cycling through whats available with the D-pad. It’s still able to be picked up using the right analog stick as the cursor but it makes even just simply looking at loot a complete chore. I don’t know what breaks it as it happens sometimes when I’m about to look at loot, and other times before I even find any loot. When it does happen though I haven’t found anything that fixes the issue other than completely restarting, as it persists through zones.

This is a known issue that we’ve got in mind for our next round of Controller QoL changes.
