Hardcore SAF and died to a collision bug during the Emperor of Corpses. When shield rushing toward the left side of the arena into a bone pile you will collide into the pile and become unable to leave that spot. I have since reliably recreated the bug and am able to portal out.

I just logged in to test other locations in the arena. I was unable to produce the bug in other spots. However, I was again able to reproduce the bug on my first attempt at the pictured location.
