This bug is 100% consistent and repeatable for me. Tried a few searches but didn’t come up with another mention of it, I’m sure there’s a thread somewhere though.
How to reproduce: Open the skills menu (S), left click a skill and drag it as if you were going to add it to your hot bar, but while you are still dragging the skill, close the skills menu (S). At this point my character is now unable to move with left click, and is stuck permanently until I leave the game and come back, or if an enemy walks nearby I can move to them to attack.
Curious if this is reproducible on others systems.
EDIT: Turns out reopening the skills menu, dragging a skill and then releasing it before closing the menu again allows me to move again.
