Cloacked incursion bug

The Cloacked incursion passive from the Smoke Cloud skill reduce the Area of Effect of the cloud tremendously. There is nothing in the tooltip suggesting the cloud will be smaller. I also went to increase the area via other passives in the skill tree and it doesn’t seem to increase the area of the smoke cloud affected by Cloaked Incursion.

All of this is pretty sad because I started my class this patch with the idea of playing this passive being the core of my build.

Just got this issue too. I hope this gets fixed, really nerfs the ability. Used to be able to move around in it while gaining stacks of various buffs.

Ah, I think it’s just visual. This post suggests it, and it does seem like you get stacks of haste while outside of it.
