Changing zones whilst in Swarmblade or Werebear form sometimes causes your Form Swap skill to be removed and all skills to be removed from the skill bar in human form

Also having the same problem. During the campaign had to swap to human form every time before changing locations. In monos it’s not occuring it seems, locations load differently
