Cast speed affecting DOT tooltip dmg

Hello,

it seems that cast speed affects the tooltip damage per second of damage over time skills. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Did you have a specific skill in mind?

I’m using spirit plague

Yeah, that’s most likely the tooltip being wonky & accounting for cast speed when it shouldn’t.
