Have you done any reading about lemon laws? It’s fascinating; I would recommend using the time you’re not playing the game to read about it.
I understand and sympathize with both perspectives. Personally, it doesn’t really bother me that much because I am okay giving the EHG team the benefit of the doubt and it seems like they’re working on it.
I wouldn’t give the same allowance to Blizzard for example, a company with thousands of employees and yet somehow still manages to make extremely sub par games that just barely meet customer expectation.
On the other hand, yeah, you did pay for Last Epoch, and it’s understandable that you’d want it to work when it’s supposed to work. I see no problem with complaining or even issuing a refund.
I commend your rationality, it is reasonable to be upset that something doesn’t work like you want it to. However; it is irrational to purchase a product with out verifying its functionality, not reading the TOS, and personally degrading the only people that can fix the shortcomings. I feel sorry for those whose life is so unfulfilled that the inconvenience of not playing a video game “right now” is causing them such hardship. In all seriousness, focus on your job, focus on your family, focus on your health, the game will be fixed in due time.

Please get something working soon. I can understand a few hours at launch, but this should have a fix 25 hrs after!
i still cannot load into my game, this is incredible - steam isn’t refunding games because i spent 8 hours ‘playing’ the game, when half of it is staring at a loading screen.
Yup this show is def not ready for prime time. I’ll check back in a week.

First day they had 144k peak players at one point. At least they managed 177k today. I just think they went in badly prepeared what is no wonder given their lack of experience in releasing games. On top of it there are some obvious issues with the systems in place. Where do i get the most troubble? Yeah right in the social hubs that most likely noone wanted or cared about ^^.
Sadly in this case -*-!=+ and the cardhouse that held 44k ppl in the past is just shattering left and right. I think people deserve more when they payed for something that’s all. EHG do their best to make things better I guess but everyone and their grandma said the launch will be bad and suprise suprise so far it’s not that good.
I still have not even been able to zone into the first area when I don’t get disconnected. I haven’t even been able to start playing yet. This is not an acceptable level of problems.
