Cannot enter Lightless Arbour Boss + Portal Bug

1. I cannot enter the boss room through the door. When I click on the door, no window with the choice to enter pops up.
2. I then tried to open a portal. That took me to The Council Chambers. I went into the portal again, expecting to be teleported to the room with the boss door again. Instead, I was teleported to the room with the boss’ empty heart sockel, but the opening to the next room where the door of the vault would have been wasn’t there.

Lightless Arbor unplayable, cannot get through dungeon

i guess i am late for the party, just wasted 2 keys on lightless arbor same problem the door at Titan’s Rest wont open although its highlighting but nothing happens when you click on it + tried in Solo and multi nothing does happen also boss rewards doesn’t drop for multi for some reason but it does counts for them that they have completed the Dungeon Tier P.S : Total Keys Lost till now : 5 on several dungeons =,= either no rewards cause of multi or lightless arbor bug that we have not known ab…
