I’ve seen this happen twice now. Clear a monolith and open the portal to leave as the Werebear, with the mastery ability to change directly to Swarmblade. Then click the transformation and the portal at the same time. If timed perfectly, you’ll leave the monolith and appear back in the hub with the Swarmblade skill bar but visually still looking like a Werebear. You can still move around, but if you try to transform again you’ll lose your character model and the ability to move, softlocking the game. Not sure what would happen if you try to use other skills, my instinct is to always hit the transform button first.
