Hello, I can’t progress because I’m stuck on the quest Finding Pannion, Objective : Speak With One Of Elder Pannion"s Students. The NPC is not here and there is portal which I can click on it but it’s useless. I tried to restart the game or check steam files but it doesn’t work. I know this bug already happened before as I saw old topics about it.
Is this happening on a brand new character?
Yeah it was a new character that I had to delete because I wasn’t able to go further.
