Bug: Decoy's Burning Oil applies all stacks of ignite per decoy with Grand Diversion

Decoy’s Grand Diversion properly prevents shotgunning the final explosion damage from the various decoys, however, it does apply the ignite stacks as though all three decoys hit. Apparently this should not be the case (Discord).

The ignite stacks should be applying properly here. We can look into clarifying this in the future.

What’s currently happening is that the damage being dealt from the decoys is failing to properly show from 2 of them. So even though it looks like only one of the explosions is dealing damage, all 3 have actually dealt damage and applied ignite.

Awesome, thanks for the clarification! So is the damage being calculated and displayed as one bigger number from all 3 decoys, or is the damage just not being shown at all from the other two dummies?
