Got a BSOD and when I logged back in the weapon I had just equipped (was testing it out) is gone and it’s no longer in my stash either. Happy to submit a log file or whatever if that will help at all. The item was omnividence and it was my only one 
By chance, could it be in the forge? This already happened to me
