Ignore the moron. I am sure there was somewhere in small fine print that said you may or may not be able to use it offline, but who would have known. I think its dumb you aren’t able to use MTX offline.

I’ve read the store multiple times and don’t see it. But I guess I also didn’t expect in any way that you wouldn’t be able to use it offline mode, haha. I’m most frustrated cause I paid for the big version and am forced to play offline mode right now and can’t use my fox! lol

You literally had to click on the Ultimate Edition to find that though, which I never clicked on until you posted this.
Only the Ultimate Edition page says that. The Ultimate Edition upgrade page doesn’t, nor does the main store page (which describes the contents of all editions).
Should be posted everywhere you can buy the game or purchase MTX.

Towards the bottom of the list of stuff. I’m on my phone atm so can’t really find it. If you go back to the LE store page, navigate down to the upgrades then scroll down to the section that has what you get, it’s the next line below that “cosmetic items require an online connection and are not available in offline mode”.
Thete is, but it’s the same sized font as the rest of the page.
Anyone with the wit to read what they were buying & didn’t go all gooey eyed as soon as they read the list of shiny.
It’s a challenge, I know. Some rise to it, some don’t and some of those go online and rage about it.

No where on this screen does it say it cant be used offline.
now i get its under the fine print if you click on it
but if you click the upgrade edition its not there either

I think its because they dont want to allow people find a way how to steal those mtx items from shop for free with some kind of cheats or piracy systems.
How is not being able to look at pretty hats in a video game a first world problem?

This has already been discussed in this thread. Ironic since you comment on others not being able to read. Not to mention, your instructions don’t involve clicking off the main store page… So show me where the info is on the main store page that you say is there?
The info is only on one of three pages.
It’s on the Ultimate Edition page. That’s it. It’s not on the main store page (where 95% of people will have bought the game from), nor is it on the Upgrade to Ultimate page.
Bingo.
And like 95% of people aren’t clicking on the ultimate page because the main page tells you what comes with it in two places. You can add it to your cart right there.
It’s probably an oversight, but it’s a very bad oversight.
So you’d be cool buying a TV tomorrow but it only turns on to a scrambled screen.
I mean you bought it. They advertised it. They just didn’t tell you it couldn’t be unscrambled.
First world problem though. So just keep the TV, why not, right?

Online has worked pretty well today so you could of deleted this post and played online with your MTX like youve been crying about.

Glad it did work out for you. I was able to complete one or two zone transitions, it did not work pretty well.
