I recently started the Monolith of Fate and when I tried to enter the Blood, Frost, and Death fractured timeline, my character was immediately disconnected. I’m able to log back into the game on other characters, but this character appears permanently locked out.
Is it possible to “unstuck” characters manually, or is this something support needs to resolve? This is my main, so kind of bummed out.

can you teleport back to end of time or somewhere else?
Not sure if my character was stuck in a save state, but it is accessible this morning. Essentially, I couldn’t even access/log into the game on that one character.

There might have been some server hiccups overnight. The good thing is you have access, now. Anytime this happens, be sure to submit a bug report as you did already. Feel free to follow-up with the support team to also check in on the status of your account in the future.
