Once you’ve killed the Architect, her summons don’t disappear, which is fine, but they continue to spawn and if you die, the quest then restarts from before you kill her. You cannot progress unless you kill her again.
This is unfortunately what happens when you die during the fight, the zone refreshes and you will have to fight her again.
