Acolyte Axe Throwing?

Playing an Acolyte for the first time in 0.9 and for some reason she’s throwing an axe occasionally when I cast Rip Blood. There is nothing in the skill tree that I can see which would cause this, nor anything in the Passive tree. I am currently level 21 and have not selected mastery yet.

Is this a bug from a cross-class skill leak or am I missing something?

Are you wearing any uniques that would throw an axe?

Are you with a party when this happens?

Thanks! I forgot to check my uniques. She’s a low level and forgot I had dropped Riverbend grasp which is causing this.
