Abyssal Echoes's Freedom of Movement has no effect

I use Abyssal Echoes from self cast on any monster. Freedom of Movement doesn’t grant Haste and Abyssal Decay still have slow on monster.

I have just encountered the same bug, not fixed in 0.9i3

Abyssal Echoes’s Freedom of Movement causes enemies that would apply Slow when hitting you to instead apply Haste when hitting you, for as long as Abyssal Decay is active on that enemy. It doesn’t cause Slow ailments that have been applied to that enemy to be converted into Haste on you.
