I’m not entirely sure if this is a bug or intended, but it seems quite odd that I can use a rune of shattering on a white item with no affixes.
It’s possible I’m missing an interaction where this may be useful/beneficial but it seems very unintuitive.
Yes, this is a known functionality, most likely not intended because it serves no purpose. Most likely this will be address during a crafting overhaul. Thank you for the report.
