A Study in Time - Early Access to Second area

Version: Beta 0.8.2
Problem: As a Void Knight in the first stage of the quest A Study In Time I am able to access pass Imperial Officer Humsk before traveling to the Ruined Error

Steps:

1. Enter The Great College
2. Speak to Imperial Officer Humsk

Problem Behavior: Imperial Officer Humsk is invisible. The door behind him is missing and the user is able to pass into he adjacent room without traveling to the Ruined Era and getting the needed item to pass this point in the imperial era.

Expected Behavior: Officer Humsk is present as well as a door blocking progress to the adjacent room.
