I am not sure if this was posted yet but I’m encountering the following issue.
I have found a +1 all minion skill staff and once it is on me it does show that my skills goes from 18 to 19. That being said, once I add a point into any one of my skill tree, every skill goes back to 18 and my skill tree removes one point from the tree where that point was added and move it to the talent that i was trying to add a point into.

Same thing here. 2 items with plus to skill, wasn’t showing at all at first. Re-equiping one of them showed me the correct level and extra skill points, but as soon as I spend a single point it glitches out again and the levels reset.
I’m having a similar issue with 2 different +1 items on Mage. I have “the invokers touch” item in my ring slot which gives me +1 to static, and i have a helm that gives me +1 to static orb. when i add a bonus from one it’s fine, but as soon as i add the bonus from the second it glitches out and removes both bonuses
Same here. 20 in Dread Shade and Summon Wraith. Got +3 Dread Shade and +1 Summon Wraith chest. I spend 1 point in Dread Shade and the rest of the points are immediately gone. They do become available after relogin though and then it’s the same situation again. So 1 relog per 1 point it seems if it helps anyone.
This happens to me too with a +1 golem helmet affix.
I think it’s a UI glitch, I can assign the #21 skill point even if the skills icon says it’s lvl 20.
